No, you will not have to cut, drill or modify the vehicle in any way when installing the Curt # C26VV on a 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander. This is actually about as easy of a hitch installation as you will see. You will just lift the hitch into place, and put two bolts on each side. The weld nuts are already present on the frame. Might take you about 10 minutes.
